Beginner/Intermediate Beach Boot Camp Class at Sabertooth Fitness
About this class
Sabertooth Fitness holds back-to-back boot camps at 6:00AM and 7:00AM. The classes are modular and can be performed in any order. The 6:30AM class is the 2nd half of the first class and the 1st half of the second class. You get to meet twice as many people! Also, you are welcome to continue through the entire 2nd class. Let's meet on the beach, torch some calories, get fitter, and build amazing bodies. Sabertooth Fitness puts on an intense and fun 55-minute Boot Camp of High-Intensity Body-Weight routines, Circuit Training, some Resistance Band training, lots of Core work (Yoga and Pilates), and a range of Active Recovery routines. Oh, and this gym has dolphins! Sabertooth Fitness has been holding boot camps for 7 years. During that time, they’ve had lots of success stories, turned out lots of fit humans, and had lots of good times on the sand! You're going to have fun while really improving your fitness. Bring water, a towel, and a great attitude...Sabertooth Fitness will provide everything else. Directions: 134 Oceanfront Walk is the closest address. Meet on the beach where Rose Ave meets the water in Venice...The Rose Lifeguard Tower.

How to prepare
Check class description for the class location...we have multiple locations!! Please wear clothing that is comfortable to move in. Bring water, a sweat towel, and good reason. Running shoes are great for the track workout, but cross trainers work for all of the workouts. The beach sessions can be performed in bare feet, shoes, or sand socks. If you are going to eat before training...try to get your last bite in about 90 minutes prior to the start of your class.
