About this class

Our high energy group ride will take you through hills, flats, mountain peaks, and sprints. As you pedal to motivating music, our pack leader will challenge you physically and mentally, leaving you covered in sweat and smiling ear to ear! A great workout to increase your stamina and improve your cardio. Must bring water and a towel. For extra comfort, feel free to bring your own gel seat. Bikes are compatible with SPD shoe clips.

Spin with Grace
One of my least favourite spin classes I've taken. No one was at the reception to greet me and I was shown to the spin room by people who were working out on the floor since I seemed lost. The music was all over the place in terms of genre. Instructor never mentioned around what RPM you should aim for during each segment and the resistance was almost always "medium heavy" which was not clearly defined. Everyone seemed to be pedaling at their own pace.

Great atmosphere and really nice Keizer spin bikes. The instructor fell sick and they had a last minute fill in instructor... he did a great job! Looking forward to my next class.

This class had a good instructor, but I was disappointed by how old the bikes were. You cannot track anything (for example, heart rate and calories). But I still got a good workout in!

What is ClassPass?
