About this class

Still feeling a little soreness in those muscles from yesterday's class?  The best way to work that out, is to workout! Try our RockIt Straps class, based on more classical pilates moves designed to lengthen and strengthen, while using our machine straps only....guarantee no lunges or squats in this class! This class is designed for all levels (beginners to advanced) and ideal for clients with joint problems offering a lower impact workout avoiding some of the aches and pains associated with lunges and squats.

How to prepare

Grip socks are required to be worn in classes, and are available to purchase at the studios. Towels are required in RockIt Recess classes, and recommended in all classes. Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first class at RockIt Body to fill out paperwork, take a profile photo, and meet with instructor for machine safety. If arrival to the first class is later, client may not be admitted into class, and will be considered a "no-show". Thank you!

Good class, but wow do they have a lot of rules. Get there early to fill out your fitness form and buy socks if you don’t have any. Also take your shoes off before walking to the lockers.

What is ClassPass?
