Mile High Climb with Ricky
First time and unknowingly signed up for the hardest class offered :) Needless to say, it kicked my butt. I’m a cardio junkie/long distance runner - still struggled to keep up. Both instructors were great, loved Ricky’s encouragement. Girl at front desk made sure I was set up and good to go. Gonna feel it tomorrow!
Mile High Climb with Tommy
Tommy’s great!
Mile High Climb with Jason
I thought the female who taught was great but the male was basically just asking you to sprint for 30 min, and while thats an ok workout, its not nearly as challenging as doing pretty much anything else on a versa. You should be aiming for height, not speed. I loved both their music choices. Also, wouldve loved to know there wouldnt be towels anymore. I didnt have my wallet on me to pay $4 for one (Im here from out of town and previously this wasnt the case).
Mile High Climb with Chenelle
Fun to try once, but a little too repetitive for me
Mile High Climb with Spencer
Good workout but instructors dance in your face which I think is impulsive. Also if your looking to loosing earring this place is great.
Mile High Climb with Spencer
Horrible music. Instructors too much in your face
Mile High Climb with Spencer
Good workout. The music was painfully loud. Bring ear plugs. Instructors had good energy but it was hard to make out what they were saying with the music so loud and being new it would have been beneficial to hear.
Mile High Climb with Jason
Great workout! Really intense. Music is super loud so might want to wear earplugs.
Mile High Climb with Loui
Loui was incredible
Mile High Climb with Nicolette
Always a great workout!
