Great class! Tawny is enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Class was enjoyable and I learned a lot!
Strength Training with Jessica
Good class, but not what I wanted, and not what was in the class description. We did a bodyweight/dumbell metcon-style circuit. Didn't touch a barbell. Didn't mention any of the major lifts, much less learn anything about technique or form for them. Class and instructor were good, just wish I had known what it was beforehand. I wouldn't have used my credits!
Strength Training with Kayla
