The co PT negative thing I have to say is that Alex didn’t really check form. If you’re accident prone, a lot of the positions/motions could easily have you hurting your knee. So just be careful! If you know you can control your form though - it is a great class with awesome music. I felt sore!

Classes are always good here. Instructor was new for me - not very attentive or creative with exercises. LOTS AND LOTS of squats. Complex moves that could probe people to injury. Never provided adjustments Or additional guidance after her demonstration - at one point I knew I was doing the move just completely wrong and I got a quick pass by with “good job”.

Highly recommend!! This class pushes you, but also allows you to take things at your own pace. A great, high intensity workout for all levels. Music was great also! Not too loud, plenty of instruction. Ill be back!

This title is misleading. It is NOT all no treadmill and I was put on a treadmill. The studio just picks and chooses and you have no say. Not a pleasant experience.

Not a fan of them cramming the 13th Bench back in the corner literally inches from the treadmill. I understand maximizing space but thats is not an acceptable workout area, class was ok, instructor was nice and energetic but the music was awful =(

What is ClassPass?
