Malik was an awesome trainer - high energy and motivating while making sure everyone was using the right form. Probably my favorite workout. Similar to Orange theory/Barrys bootcamp but preferred this much more.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but Kyle was fantastic. High energy, great music and was thoughtful about making sure people were doing exercises correctly. New fave instructor at Ripped!
Arms and Abs Express with Hallie
Good workout, and recommended for more experienced fitness users. The class is well paced, and the size was on the smaller side but there was no correction of form or motivational pushes. As someone new to working out I definitely needed the form corrections and a few modified exercises; neither of which were available.

This wasn’t as great as usual- I think Kyle is a new instructor and I wish he would demo the exercises more than once. Also it was just generally a weird class bc the treadmill timer was not synchronized properly and I ended up wondering how much time was actually left. Just an off class for me.

What is ClassPass?
