How to prepare

Be prepared to sweat! If you are new class please show up 5-10 minutes early to get set up. We have a full locker room with showers and towels, and a drinking fountain. Wear comfortable clothes with athletic shoes. Cycling shoes are included with all cycling classes.

How to get there

We are located on Western Ave in Downtown Seattle, just south of the base of the Harbor Steps. If you are taking lightrail, get off at University Street station and head towards the waterfront.

tough but worth it

Stacy lead a great class, she is incredibly polished and professional. Excellent bikes and shoes. This class is approachable for all audiences and levels.

While the music was okay, and the class itself was challenging (felt more difficult than a typical flywheel class) a couple things were off for me here. First, the class was really small which isnt a big deal, but the only other people in the class werent doing the workout at all just cranking out hills on their own to get highest scores on the screen. Felt like I was doing the workout on my own, and then the number screen that Jordan kept pulling up didnt mean anything, because we were not doing the same workout. Second, the person at the desk who checked me in made odd comments about my body - not negative, but personal and odd. Id just rather not have my body size commented on! Feels like a gym for regulars, didnt seem great for ClassPass.

This class was an excellent workout. Tommy is wonderful! He explained the format of the class at the beginning and throughout the class he would mention our names, making it feel supportive and personal. Great workout!

What is ClassPass?
