This is the best of both worlds. A little cycle, a little weights and core, a lot of fun. You can’t go wrong. This is the land of AND. You get 30 minutes of cycle AND 30 minutes of strength training. Bike, weights, and abs in the perfect 60 minutes of exercised induced euphoria. You are welcome in advance.

How to prepare

Be prepared to sweat! If you are new class please show up 5-10 minutes early to get set up. We have a full locker room with showers and towels, and a drinking fountain. Wear comfortable clothes with athletic shoes. Cycling shoes are included with all cycling classes.

How to get there

We are located on Western Ave in Downtown Seattle, just south of the base of the Harbor Steps. If you are taking lightrail, get off at University Street station and head towards the waterfront.

I loved this class! The cycle + strength combo is a super effective workout and the instructor made the exercises accessible with clear demonstrations and tips. The space was really intimidating to me at first (it’s a CrossFit gym) but the staff was welcoming which quickly eased my fears. A true “good for all levels” workout.

I haven’t done an early morning workout in a while and tweaked my back on the very first rep of the very first exercise. The trainer noticed right away and came to assist me. The tweak wasn’t bad enough to halt me from all the exercises, but enough that the trainer modified a few of the exercises for me. Gyms that pay attention to detail and care for the patrons are hard to come by. I appreciate Riot Athletics and will return because if this.

Twofer gives you an effective comprehensive workout. You can make it as challenging to your need. Friendly and encouraging instructor. Eat a little before class.

What is ClassPass?
