About this class

This 50 minute class offers movement with various equipment and use of your body weight. Focus on the your gluteal muscles, continuous core connection and working your arms to increase overall strength and burn more fat while resting. Movements from different disciplines are incorporated to engage targeted muscle groups with higher reps.

How to prepare

Please bring water. Cycling shoes are mandatory for cycling class; they are free to rent at the studio! Please arrive 5-10 minutes before Cycle classes and be on your bike ready to roll. Late arrivals will not be let into class past the 5 minute mark. New Clients will not be let into class if class has started (we need to set you up on the bike).

How to get there

We are on the second floor facing 15501 across from ReStore. The access road is Hoffler Lane, off the New Hope Commons Drive. Look for Straw Valley!

Alicia and other students were encouraging and kind. You will DEFINITELY come away feeling strong and muscles trembling. It was an intense workout for sure. As a first timer, I was confused and thought it was partially a cycle class and it's not -- in a room across the hall. I loved the special touch of cold towels with essential oils. Very much needed!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
