About this class

Ever since man (and woman) walked this earth we have had to push, pull, drag and shove things, climb up and crawl under. Take your strength foundations one step further and put them into movements that are directly transferable to the real world - There are odd objects and awkward grip placements in the real world. There are minimal barbells used in this class, expect to be lifting and carrying balls and sandbags, pushing and pulling sleds and carrying oddly weighted materials.Ideal for those who get involved in a bit of labor work occasionally - landscape the garden, carry the shopping up stairs, help a friend move or play a contact sport.

What is ClassPass?
