Athletic Endurance at Revision Athletics
About this class
Build up your endurance in this class through a mixture of exercises that will focus on mobilizing your joints, expanding your lung capacity, breaking through mental barriers, and listening to your body. Classes will keep you moving and include both strength and cardio exercises to help increase your ability to withstand an extended workout.

How to prepare
Revision Athletics is an outdoor fitness company, so please dress for the weather. Workout gloves can be helpful as we may put our hands on the ground. We will store keys, jackets, phones, or bags during class.
How to get there
PLEASE NOTE: MONDAY 'Athletic Endurance' and TUESDAY 'Natural Strength' classes meet at the Aquatic Park Pier at 3299 Van Ness Ave. THURSDAY ‘Athletic Movement’ classes are held at the Palace of Fine Arts at 2498 Bay Street FRIDAY 'Outdoor Circuit' classes are held near the Fort Mason Festival Pavilion outside the Festival Pavilion.
