About this class

Body blast features 20 second intervals of exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times. In this class you will alternate between strength and cardio blocks to ensure maximal caloric expenditure and metabolic efficiency!

beautiful facilities and the instructor was great. just not my favorite style of work out. if you like burpees and the insanity style movements this class is perfect.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
