About this class

Mixes cardio and body conditioning exercises on the Power Plate. This is an advanced class swapping between toning and cardio. Its non stop. Prepare to sweat and to feel the burn. This class sessions has a maximum of seven people, so you really get the most from their trainers. All their classes utilise the technology of the Power Plate so you get an effective workout in a short time. Scientifically proven to be quicker and more effective at helping you lose weight and tone than any other form of exercise. NOT FOR BEGINNERS - New to Power Plate Classes - they suggest you start with a full-body class.

How to prepare

Wear gym clothing and trainers If pregnant - they do not advise using the Power Plate if your new to this type of exercise.

How to get there

They are easily found at the very top of Queens Road, 5 minutes walk from Buckhurst Hill tube station. For drivers there is a paying car park directly adjacent to their studio 80p 1 hour parking.
