About this class

A Push/Pull workout involving the large anterior muscle complex (chest) and one of the most active pulling muscles of the body (biceps). This muscle pairing is excellent because both of these muscles function in opposition, allowing maximal exertion of each muscle without the risk of negatively affecting the performance of the other. When time is of the essence, these muscles are perfect for both isolation and compound sets. From the deep muscles of the core to the lateral regions of the body, the abdominal muscles will be pushed and pushed hard. Keeping the balance between static and active movements ensures a complete routine. Structure - 15 minutes per station Station 1: Cardio = Treadmills and Assault Bikes Station 2: Racks = Dumbbells, Suspension trainers, Pull Up Bars, and Benches Station 3: Turf = Kettlebells, Battleropes, Glider Discs, Resistance Tubes, and Calisthenics

Jimmy was awesome! Definitely will go to his classes again. The workout was also great and challenging! Jimmy did a excellent job making sure our forms were correct, motivating us, and giving modifications.

Great workout. Seems overwhelming at first but the trainer was great at explaining everything and making sure it’s a successful experience. Will be coming back!

Good class, a bit too much downtime in the beginning. I wish we had a warm up while they taught us the stations. Also, on a personal level: not a big fan of rock while I workouts. If that’s your jam, every 3rd or 4th song is a classic!

Went to my first Renegade Fitcamp class today and really enjoyed the atmosphere and how welcoming everyone was. From the time we arrived to the time we left. Shoutout to our instructor Jimmy. He had great energy, was thorough, and was very helpful throughout the class. Definitely will be back again!
