About this class
This wake-you-up class combines the core strengthening aspects of mat Pilates with the fluid movements and centering techniques of yoga. Expect to work the deep core with planks and strengthen the legs with lunges plus many more challenging moves. You will improve cardiovascular capacity as well as have the time to focus on flexibility and centering for your day ahead.

How to prepare
It is recommended to wear light-weight, comfortable clothes that allow you free range of motion. Bring your own mat or Refresh offers rental mats for $2. Please remove your shoes before entering class.
How to get there
Refresh is located on the 2nd floor at 110 King St. above The Creamery Ice Cream Parlor. For free parking, go two blocks North for spaces near Founder's Park.
