Enjoy the benefits of a lengthening and rejuvenating stretching session while developing abdominal stability in a way that only Pilates can. Experience enhanced flexibility for your spine and shoulders whilst firing your stabilizing muscles to promote a tall spine and relaxed body. This class also aims at strengthening your stomach and trunk muscles with a variety of core exercises that target the upper and lower abdominals, obliques and latissimus muscles. How to prepare
For safety and cleanliness reasons grip socks are required for all classes. Socks are available for purchase at the studio. To ensure a seamless experience, a waiver is emailed upon registration, the waiver must be signed before class. If it is your first time at the studio please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class time. We are not able to include first time students who arrive at any point after class' start time. We are not able to accommodate any students who arrive more than 10 minutes late.
How to get there
There are four tandem parking spots in the back for your convenience. There is also ample free and paid parking on Amigo Ave. and Ventura Blvd.
