About this class

A reformer Pilates class that excels in multi-joint movements such as squats and lunges. Reformer: Functional 2 will challenge your strength, balance, and endurance. True to form, this level 2 class is guaranteed to raise your heart rate and get your muscles pumping. It is recommended you complete 5+ of our group classes before attempting a Reformer: Functional Level 2 class. This class is not suitable for clients with injuries or those at the beginning of their exercise/Pilates journey. Please consult your instructor for further guidance.
