About this class

Not quite as intense as a level 2/3 but more challenging than a level 1/2 class, a strong flow practice will get you moving! This class is designed to build heat, energize and detoxify the body. Poses are instructed with precise alignment and modifications are offered to help students practice within their ability level. Expect core work, twists, balancing postures, back bends, inversions and breath work to round out this invigorating practice. Like all of our classes a strong flow class is intelligently sequences, and offer precise instruction to give you the best possible experience both physically and mentally. Yoga experience recommended.

How to prepare

Remember to bring your yoga mat for class. Rentals are available for $2. Small hand towel and water are also available for rent and sale for $1.00

How to get there

Please arrive at least five minutes prior to class. Late entry will not be accepted once class has started. Parking is available in the lot directly in front of the studio. Sunday and Monday: parking is available in the lot or there's always street parking in the area. Tuesday - Saturday: complimentary valet parking is provided!

Strong Flow with Laura
I don’t want to give a bad review because this class might be great for some people! However it was not what I was looking for. The wrong “strong” implied for me that the class would be particularly challenging. I thought it would be a bit more of a workout, and a focus on strengthening. I signed up looking for a really tough class that would kick my butt a bit. It wasn’t :/ we did a lot of back bends... had some “free time” to work our bridges or supported handstands.. I won’t be sore tomorrow. Was a let down for me!

Good flow for first half of class with build up to some a balances. Great instructor that helped with modifications

Challenging, pretty fast-paced and maybe not for a beginner like me, but I enjoyed it so much that I’ll be back soon anyway! Ashley explains every move in detail and does offer modifications for more advanced poses. Parking is in a small shared lot of a strip mall- very easy at 6:30am but might be a challenge later in the day.

I cant fairly assess this class because its a type of yoga that I dont normally practice or like. I thought the instructor couldve done more to correct and demonstrate postures.

What is ClassPass?
