The ability to fully notice our surroundings and our relationship to them is a skill that can be refined through the practice of mindfulness meditation. How to prepare

There is no dress code. Come as you are or however you are most comfortable. The sessions are not physically intensive, so most any attire is appropriate.

How to get there

They are located within lobby level – Suite 130 – of the historic Suntrust Building at 1445 New York Ave NW just steps from the White House. Proceed through the main entrance, walk past the guard desk, and make a quick turn to your left. There they are! ATTN: 8am class on Saturday and Sunday are located at the Embassy Row Hotel rooftop in Dupont.

Very nice ambience with tons of literature and resources for those interested in practicing mindfulness. Awesome for beginners but highly recommend for anyone who’s already passionate about mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, yoga, mbsr, or anything similar. Take some time to talk to the instructors after class, they’re super knowledgeable and want to help!
