How to prepare

Class Etiquette • Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of class time • Latecomers will not be allowed to join the class • Only face towels and water bottle are allowed in the studio, the rest should be stored in lockers • Please bring along your own lock and key (for lockers), water, and towels • For Hot Yoga practitioners, a mat towel is compulsory If you need anything else Towel - $5 Lock & Key - $3 Water - $1

Great class and a good workout. Suitable for beginners. Instructor was very friendly and assuring, making sure I was comfortable. I was the only student in today’s class so had the opportunity to experience a 1-1 session. Had loads of fun and would recommend!
