The perfect addition to your strength training regime. Properly building up your core cranks up the power, enhances balance and dramatically improves stability. In fact, a strong, flexible core underpins almost everything you do. Utilising resistance bands and plate weights, RBB Core targets your core through strengthening your hips, glutes, obliques, slings, shoulders and back; setting your lungs on fire and chiseling your waistline, all at the same time!

What is ClassPass?
