Utilising resistance bands and plate weights, RBB Core targets your core through strengthening your hips, glutes, obliques, slings, shoulders and back; setting your lungs on fire and chiseling your waistline, all at the same time!

We have allocated parking directly in front of the studio space. If full, please park in the ample free street parking!
