How to prepare

For dance fitness classes, please wear regular workout attire, sneakers are OK. For "dance workshop classes," attire varies depending on type of class. Striptease class prefers students to bring a pair of heels and layered attire, for example a sports bra, tank. For Pop Jam and Hip Hop, please wear dance-fit wear and sneakers.

How to get there

Suggested parking at Union Square Garage. Located two blocks away from Bart (exit Powell Station).

Wow!!! Most unique workout I've had! You don't realize your working out because the moves are fun and your focused on keeping coordinated with the rip sticks/drum sticks! Legs were sore for 4 days after! I'll be back!

Loved their use of rhythm and drumsticks to keep us motivated! The instructor was great and kind. I have some reservations about this exercise not being great for knees, and moving a bit too quickly for proper form, so I'm on the fence on whether I'd be back.

What is ClassPass?
