About this class

Within this 35 minute class of high-intensity interval training, you'll be sweating off fat and calories! Incorporating TRX straps, Kettlebells, body-weight, and battle rope moves, you'll be ready to take on the day! 5 minutes, in the end, we will take the heart rate down by stretching. HIIT is a training style in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. *modifications available

How to prepare

Please wear athletic clothing and footwear, come prepared to sweat! Bring water if you'd like! They offer yoga mats for clients to use and they have yoga mats to purchase. Indoor biking shoes are not required. The cycle bikes are equipped with toe cages which allow you to pedal while wearing your own athletic shoes.
