About this class
Beginner, intermediate or advanced, all levels can participate in this yoga class. You will enjoy a blend of postures with a focus on breath and alignment in which variations/modifications are offered for varied levels of students, including Vinyasa (movement with breath). These classes include standing poses for developing core strength and balance and seated poses for developing and maintaining flexibility. Increase your flexibility and stamina with this class.

How to prepare
Please wear athletic clothing and footwear, come prepared to sweat! Bring water if you'd like! They offer yoga mats for clients to use and they have yoga mats to purchase. Indoor biking shoes are not required. The cycle bikes are equipped with toe cages which allow you to pedal while wearing your own athletic shoes.
