About this class

Achieve better control and core stability with your bodyweight while you work towards building strength and lean muscle. This class will push you to new levels of strength using just the TRX Suspension Trainer and your own body weight. Be ready to “feel the burn” as you power through multiple sets of high tension loads in this time-based intervals that features beginner, intermediate to advanced strength exercises. The workout comes in the form of unique blocks of strength exercises in high intensity sure to burn calories and leave you quivering during and long after your workout is complete.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable workout clothes.You may also want to bring your own water and towel along. However, you can also get drinks from our chiller. We also offer towels for a small fee if you wish to shower.

First time doing TRX and felt that workout was tiring but fun! Class was small and trainer was also very helpful and made sure our poses were corrected. Will recommend!

It’s a challenge for beginners. Body weight really affects alot. Heavier you are the more you’ll have to work for the exercises. But it was a good workout. Good sweat.

What is ClassPass?
