About this class

Our signature HIIT bootcamp is a full-body strength and conditioning workout open to all fitness levels! We use the interval training method to supercharge your metabolism and get you working at a maximum intensity through deep compound movements (HRMax above 90 per cent) during short work intervals. Movements are a mix of compound, large range of motion, high-intensity dynamic and isometric-based. The focus is on your technique, range of motion and intensity – and making modifications when necessary. As part of the session, you will be going through additional drills aim at improving your pliability, speed, agility and quickness. The workouts are varied on a regular basis to keep things fun and keep your body from getting stagnant. It's definitely not a dance class!

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable workout clothes.You may also want to bring your own water and towel along. However, you can also get drinks from our chiller. We also offer towels for a small fee if you wish to shower.

This was not a HIIT workout. We spent 21 minutes ‘warming up’ doing basically yoga (I have nothing against yoga and practice often) ... Then I thought great let’s get into the HIIT, there was 2 rounds that were a few exercises for 20 seconds each and not difficult. Then ANOTHER 20 minutes plus finishing with more yoga stretches! I thought I’d shown up to a yoga class by mistake and will be requesting a refund of credits.

What is ClassPass?
