Using solely your own bodyweight for resistance and relying on minimal equipment, you will learn how to perform complex calisthenics movements, such as muscle-ups, front lever, back lever, and even handstands. In this class, you will build muscular strength and endurance while achieving better mobility and stability. It is for anyone who has a good foundation performing basic calisthenics exercises (pull-ups and push-ups). Build complete strength and take your workout to the next level through the art of calisthenics.

How to prepare
Please wear comfortable workout clothes.You may also want to bring your own water and towel along. However, you can also get drinks from our chiller. We also offer towels for a small fee if you wish to shower.
