About this class

Suspension Training using the TRX straps utilises gravity and your own bodyweight to develop strength, balance, and core stability simultaneously. Versatile for different ages and fitness levels, you are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself in each exercise because you can adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Please wear sneakers. Not suitable for pregnant clients.

How to prepare

Socks are required for hygiene in all of our classes except TRX and Boxilates where we ask you to wear sneakers. Please note, prior reformer experience or a one on one private is compulsory before attending any of our reformer classes (including Basic) and you may be turned away if you don't have the requisite experience. For Boxilates classes it is compulsory that you wear either inner gloves or wraps which we sell at reception for $10/$20.

How to get there

Their beautiful studio is located upstairs at Cottesloe Central Shopping Centre (the old Grove shopping centre), corner of Leake St and Stirling Hwy, Cottesloe.

30mins was way too quick - we just warmed up and it was time to finish. Needed to be at least 15mins longer, ideally 60mins to feel like you've actually done a work out.

What is ClassPass?
