About this class

In just 50 minutes you will achieve a full-body workout concentrating on the areas women struggle with the most: hips, thighs, seat, abdominals and arms. The Pure Barre technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk.

Great class! Had my legs shaking like crazy but felt good. Class moves fast but it was easy to take a pause when needed which makes it suitable for all levels!

Much prefer barre3. The instructor only does an example for the first few seconds and if you’re in a spot facing the wall with no mirrors, you have no idea what’s going on. The movements didn’t feel intentional. Explanation of “curl” and “tuck” would be helpful.

Class was good, but knowing this was a class of almost all new people she didn’t offer many visible examples of the moves. Because each class is different, even as a returning client it was hard to keep up.

Jesica was so encouraging and helpful! She provided some easy modifications for first-timers like me. One tipspring for the sticky socks. I was sliding around during floor work and really wished I had a pair. Overall a great workout and Ill definitely be back.
