About this class

PŪR BARRE – PŪR Barre is designed based on our PŪR methods offering a fusion of Classical Ballet Technique and functional fitness to tone and tighten. The class is a total body workout, combining elements of ballet technique, cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. PRO-TIP We do not allow late entries to class. Arrive 10 minutes before. *Sticky Socks or Ballet Slippers are required.

PŪR is 10 minutes from Vancouver International Airport and downtown Richmond! Accessible through public transit and vehicle. FREE parking on site. Located in Richmond's prestigious Ironwood Plaza off Steveston Hwy. (Exit 32 off Hwy 99 before/after the Massey Tunnel)

Richelle had fantastic energy but I think the class could be more challenging, for those who are looking more for a workout I have to admit I feel like I barely broke a sweat, also the actual barre portion of the class was shorter than I expected

Great workout! The instructor was awesome, very high energy, and gave good instructions. I sweat hard, and felt awesome afterwards. Definitely good to have some dance background for this one.

What is ClassPass?
