About this class

PRIMAL FIT - This class is designed to help you find your full range of motion through functional movement exercises that work out your entire body (abs included!). Please bring indoor runners, a water bottle and towel. Mats will be provided, feel free to bring your own if you like! Class length: 50 minutes PRO-TIP: Please respect that this class will start and end on time. Participants who are late will be not be permitted into class, and will be bumped to the following class. Please arrive before class time. *Clean in-door runners required.

PŪR is 10 minutes from Vancouver International Airport and downtown Richmond! Accessible through public transit and vehicle. FREE parking on site. Located in Richmond's prestigious Ironwood Plaza off Steveston Hwy. (Exit 32 off Hwy 99 before/after the Massey Tunnel)

What is ClassPass?
