TABATA TUESDAY: Following the training model created by Dr. Izumi Tabata, we have added our own spice to develop a structure that will shock your body and rev up your metabolism. It is a 2:1 work/rest ratio and also the shortest interval structured of the week. One of the most popular classes in our program. Please bring a bottle of water and a positive attitude! The flow and energy of our sessions depend strictly on our member's vibes. Come determined to enjoy yourself and know you will be pushed OUTSIDE YOUR COMFORT ZONE!! :)

Parking is located on the SW corner of the intersection on Andrews Ave and 4th st. We are next door to the Dan Marino Foundation.

The intervals in Tabata (20 sec workout/10 sec rest) were so short that even the most complex move was only moderately challenging. Victoria provided modifications, form correction instruction, and motivation to push through each exercise. All in all a great workout if youre a regular exerciser looking for moderate intensity interval training.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
