About this class

This 45 minute class combines the centering energy of vinyasa practice with the restorative and calming benefits of yin yoga. This class begins with a mindful, breath to movement flow of postures sequenced to warm, open and strengthen every muscle group. The second half of class will be dedicated to calming the body and mind with balancing postures and deep stretches.

Usually a pretty empty class but the instructor is pretty good and has well designed sequence for the class. Good challenge and modifications!

Great basic flow class. I got a decent work out and the instructor's cues were great. The gym itself is small but clean and the people who work there are personable.

What is ClassPass?
