About this class

During each CrossFit class, time is partitioned for Olympic weightlifting and gymnastics movement, development and efficiency, as well as high intensity interval training lasting two to 20 minutes. CrossFit class welcomes the beginner who has never touched a barbell! Daily supplemental add-ons will be available for competitive athletes.

How to prepare

For best results, athletes should Fuel their bodies 30-60 minutes prior to class. They offer fast acting carbs like Gatorade and Oatmega Cookies as well as full meals prepped and delivered daily to their cafe; Project Eat.

How to get there

Project Fitness is located on W Post Rd in the buildings behind Carters Motorsports. Plenty of parking is available onsite!

This was my first CrossFit class ever. When I first walked in I was intimidated by the setup, very dedicated looking people and huge weights - Drew promptly introduced himself and made me feel completely welcome, throughout the session everyone made a big point to introduce themselves welcoming me to the class. Another trainer helped me through very specific motions and focused on getting everything down right technically and gauged a perfect starting workout for me through a series of warmups and weight increases. I left very motivated and encouraged this was an amazing first experience of CrossFit, I can tell the people here are dedicated, attentive and encouraging. Highly recommended for beginners and judging by the people in the class, also for experts!

What is ClassPass?
