Really enjoyed this class and this gym! Conditioning was not for the faint of heart, but Nate did a great job ensuring that the newbie (me) had the right form and was able to keep up. Look forward to coming back!

Very odd format. Lot of guys walking around to see how many push ups they can do. Also was an hour of just arms which wasn’t specified very well in the description

The instructor was welcoming and attentive. Overall, the workout wasnt too challenging, but I believe the work out changes daily So maybe today was just a chill day

What is ClassPass?
