About this class
Full body conditioning class focused on natural human movements. Aiming to develop a better understanding of your own body, while promoting healthy joints and compound strength. Achieved through a mix of body weight, mobility and resistance exercises that teaches you to engage your entire body while using resistance (sandbag, med ball, eg). A challenging but very rewarding class. All fitness levels accommodated.

How to prepare
THE PRIMAL WAY: - Expect to be challenged; - When training, technique is king, all else is secondary; - Listen to instructions and be willing to learn new skills, exercises and movements; - Bring along your positive attitude and keep the ego away; - Consistently put in the effort and challenge yourself; - Find reasons not excuses; - Be on time; - Respect individual needs and be mindful of your words; - Encourage, include and accept everyone during every session; - Comradeship means no one is left behind.
