In SWEAT: stronger, you’ll build lean muscle by using added resistance such as weights, booty bands, medicine balls, TRX, rowing machines and more. How to prepare

New clients MUST arrive 30 minutes before the start of class time - no exceptions. You'll fill out a waiver, have your hands wrapped by a coach, and go through a boxing & class format tutorial! For your safety, we're unable to admit first timers to class if you're not here early. Wear comfortable workout clothes & sneakers, and drink plenty of water – you can either bring your own, or it 's available for purchase in the studio. Prevail Boxing has gloves & wraps available to rent or buy. [Pro tip: rentals come free for your first class!]

How to get there

New clients MUST arrive 30 minutes before the start of class time - no exceptions. For your safety, we're unable to admit first timers to class if you're not here early. We're a small [but mighty!] grey building located on 3rd St. in between Martel & Fuller. Parking: You may park in the KFC lot until 10:00am. Otherwise, there is free parking in front of the gym along 3rd St. There's also free parking on 2nd St., Martel & Fuller. Some residential blocks have restrictions between 6PM + 8AM, & make sure to watch out for street cleaning!

Truly enjoyed this class. I was a little intimidated at first but everyone is very nice, encouraging and helpful!! The instructor Rob and trainers assisting were there to keep me in line and I eventually got the hang of it.. I will definitely be coming back to Prevail!! Loved it! ????????

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
