About this class

You'll burn calories and keep your muscles in shape while building your cardiovascular endurance and strength. Cardio Pilates is a 60-minute class with an invigorating fashion of cardio exercises woven in between sets of Pilates exercises. This is a great full-body conditioning class that works on both cardio vascular and muscular endurance. Cardio Pilates will rev up calorie burn, you’ll feel energized and most importantly, you’ll strengthen your cardiovascular fitness level.
