About this class

These classes are for students are ready to transition into a more Intermediate practice. Classes consist of more challenging asana sequences with longer holds and offer the option for the full expression of each pose. First time students should take a basic class.

One of the best yoga classes in Miami!
Open with Ileana
Ileana always has an amazing class!
Open with Ana
The teacher looks at her phone and a printout of yoga poses a lot during class. She does no hands on adjustments. The class is slow paced. Its basically a normal (if a little boring) yoga vinyasa class. The front desk woman was friendly but the teacher was kind of cold and seemed to take herself very seriously. She didnt ask if I had any injuries and then told me to follow along and do the poses she was telling class to do. Had she asked if I had injuries she would have known that some poses dont feel good for me and I do other poses. If there were no other options Id come to this class again, just know what to expect and u wont b disappointed lol

Open with Naomi

Really great class- especially if you're looking to ease out of the day with a more meditative practice
Open with Naomi
Naomi helps you engage every muscle during yoga. Left sore in a good way.
Open with Ana
Very slow, almost felt like a restorative class.

This studio is kind of run down. I rented a mat and it was greasy and thin (not a good mat). I would say this is more slow therapeutic yoga. Its not a workout. It was okay.

AMAZING!! I did not loose focus once and loved the instructor. Great technique and music - definitely want to take her class vs other instructors classes.
