About this class
Cardio Burn is an intense tempo-based calorie torching cardio workout. The long movements performed in class with light dumbbells create long, lean muscles and a toned physique. The instructor sets the movement and you simply follow along until the next movement is seamlessly introduced. This workout is set to music with a fast tempo in order to create quick muscle twitch responses- this is where the toning magic happens! Variations for each movement can be done for a low impact workout! No pre-training or preparation is required. If you are new to the class it is recommended to find a space behind others who have taken the class before so you can follow along and learn the movements. The front row keeps the tempo moving to ensure class doesn’t stop and you get one of the best cardio workouts ever!

How to prepare
Please wear comfortable, athletic clothing and well-supported shoes. Bring a towel and a bottle of water. No pre-training or preparation is required to take these one-of-a-kind classes. If you are new to class it is recommended to find a space behind others who have taken the class before so you can follow along and learn the movements. Please inform Sergio of any physical limitations before class starts- all movements can be modified!

Powerserge Fitness is located at 10587-B Pico Blvd., Los Angeles CA 90064. The cross streets are Prosser Ave. and Manning Ave. There is a metered parking lot on Prosser Ave. as well as available street parking.
