Bike Bootcamp with Patrick
Ok for points value but several issues that ruined the experience and workout 1. Torque and RPM display does not stay illuminated so it must be pressed every 10-15sec if you’re someone who needs or wants to see where you are. 2. Instructor was good, but it was extremely difficult to hear him. Would be worth adjusting or replacing the headset. I didn’t know what he was saying half the time and had to really concentrate to hear what torque he was shouting out. This coupled with the display was quite frustrating as I found myself focusing on that more on trying to figure out what we were doing than on the actual workout 3. Class is split into 30min cycle and 15min workout class. It was a good and challenging workout, but I was looking for a cycle class not an all-in-one. Wish it was 45min straight cycle instead

Patrick is fantastic! Super challenging class. Cycle portion had the perfect combination of hills and speed work. Best cycle class I’ve been to at PSF.
Bike Bootcamp with Meredith
Meredith was motivating. Great instruction on the cycle portion. More cardio during strength portion than expected. Challenging class.

Got a good sweat. Not a lot of instruction but eventually figured it out. 80s/90s music but not in a good way. Loved the challenge screens in spin studio. Fast reps with no time to transition during strength. Just followed everyone else.

This was a great class, extremely challenging I would like to have seen some stretching incorporated at the end, it seems risky to not properly cook down after such an intense workout. I was surprised the final 15 minutes wasnt solely strength based, rather still had cardio built in, I would prefer to focus on strength after 30 minutes of pure cardio on the bike.
Bike Bootcamp with Patrick
It was a bit too fast; the spin was good. But there was no instruction for the TRX and the music was so loud you couldnt hear what was being said anyhow. The description says open for all levels but I consider myself more fit than not and I struggled to catch my breath, there was no rest time, wasnt for mes

Great workout. That being said - it was not the safest workout.. and if you don't have exercise experience, beware. I am a group fitness instructor and personal trainer.. and I had a hard time following along with the class. I also found it extremely disturbing that safety and form cues were never once included. Additionally, I was completely new to the studio and no one introduced themselves and no one explained any of the studio rules.

Pat is the best instructor at PSF & this class is my favorite. 30 minutes hard cycle + 15 minutes of TRX and an work. Best way to start Sunday!

Great sweat, challenging class, loved everything about it!! Thanks Pat

This is a tough/intense class! Would highly recommend for veterans, but not necessarily for newbies; the class is super fast-paced and there isn't much explanation.
