About this class

This beginner/intermediate workout is a one stop shop-you'll get your HIIT cardio and total body strength workout all in one. After a brief warm-up, we will alternate between short, high-intensity rowing pieces and total body exercises, using suspension straps and functional strength movements. The workout will conclude with a refreshing light stretch. Your heart and muscles will be challenged, and you will see improvements in overall strength, cardiac health, and core stability. Full body workout, suitable for all levels. (45 min)

How to get there

Power Rowing is located in Brookline Village at 62 Harvard Street. You an go through the glass door to the second floor OR take the alley to the left of the entrance and come up the stair to the glass door in the back.

Rebecca’s class is one of my ABSOLUTE favorites! Rebecca is so motivating and the class is always so happy, upbeat, and positive. She helps adjust form and gives great pointers about how to get the most out of the TRX portion of the workout. Her class is a great way to meet other members and helps get a little bit of competition into my morning! I always leave feeling more energized

What is ClassPass?
