About this class

Establish the foundations and learn the pillars of a safe, lifelong practice. This class covers the pillars of the P.L.A.Y. Vinyasa practice. They slow things down just enough to break down the basics of alignment, including modifications to ensure safety on the mat. They’ll also introduce some of the philosophical and traditional teachings that are the core of the P.L.A.Y. practice. Here they help to facilitate your first steps on the path of self awareness.

How to prepare

Please bring a mat, towel and water bottle to class. Mats are available to rent for $1 and water is available for purchase at the studio.

How to get there

There is one hour and two hour street parking, meter parking and a small council car park adjacent to the studio. Peak times can be busy, please allow time to park.
