Boxing: Mitts & HIIT at POW! Gym
About this class
There is nothing better than hitting mitts. Boxing is intended to be practiced on the mitts. POW's mitt classes change in format. Some focus on 2-minute rounds and others do 3-3 minute rounds back to back. Each instructor offers a different training regiment to keep the workout fresh and to diversify the workout overall. Expect to learn how to hold mitts properly and quickly move through fun high intensity conditioning drills. Like the sport of boxing, this workout is an interval training program. All the instructors offer tips on properly holding mitts and teach their favorite boxing combos.
