This bodyweight intensive class will leave you feeling strong, accomplished and sweaty by incorporating low weight, high rep and high intensity training. This class is designed around functional fitness and is never the same twice. All levels are welcome. This class is a full body workout.

How to prepare
Please wear comfortable activewear, bring gloves and wraps if you have them. Wraps and gloves are also available for purchase. If you're new to Pound 4 Pound Fitness, please arrive 15 minutes early before class.
