About this class

Join them for a Weightlifting Class! They use free weights, body weight, medicine balls and they do a killer AB session. Class is intimate up to 6 guests. They safely lift weights as we focus on form, balance and muscle engagement. This class is a sample of an 80 hour 4 month weightlifting course they offer at Plyo Fitness. Their students share a trimester of weightlifting that is diversified in phases. They focus on building and bulking while shredding and tightening up your core. They track the weights you lift and focus on progress and improvements. The class emphasizes the importance of  proper nutrition and offer a guide to make sure you're on a healthy path.  As part of their group, you'll be among like-minded people with similar goals. They'll track your progress every step of the way, hold everyone accountable, motivate, inspire and encourage each other to achieve amazing results. You will never be alone and your team will be there to keep you on the right path to being in the best shape of your life!

Really good class. You go at your pace and it’s probably one of the very few classes on class pass that isn’t cardio-focused, as most studios are. Would recommend!

This weightlifting class was great. They give you a structured workout for the day. I showed up on a full body bay. They use free weights and everyone has their own setup (weights and a bench). The teacher was great. He showed me each workout and was overall very attentive to everyone there. Downside is the parking, they only have 1 shower and to no where to change inside the bathroom (it’s all open unless you want to change in the small bathroom stalls).

We're so happy you enjoyed the class with us! We actually have 3 showers and a private shower upstairs that's very spacious. Our fitness studio used to be a recording studio, built in the 30s and there's hidden areas everywhere. Next time you visit us, we'll make sure to give you a full tour. :)

What is ClassPass?
