About this class

A very popular short and sweet High Intensity Interval Class, with progressions and regressions built in. Suitable for all levels. We use dynamic body weight and weighted exercises combined to create a full body and cardio work out. Typically involving circuits of exercises put together in short intervals working for no more than a minute at a time.
