About this class

A high-energy cardio class using the big stability balls, weights, and kickboxing moves. You will not be using the Springwall, but will still be using the Joseph Pilates principle of keeping an engaged core throughout the active movement. Athletic shoes required. Get ready to sweat, smile and have fun!

How to prepare

We look forward to seeing you taking class with us! Just wear comfortable workout clothing and don't forget to wear grip socks. Don't worry if you don't have a pair because we have cute ones to available for purchase. It's important to hydrate so bring your water or we have here for only $1!

How to get there

We are located in the Los Altos Shopping Center on the backside of Trader Joes. Our parking lot is off Stearns Street just look for the teal awning!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
