About this class

This is an intermediate class that is appropriate for those with some Pilates experience. We use proper diaphragmatic breathing technique and continuous flow on the Reformers for your workout. Occasionally we incorporate mat and standing Pilates. Modifications and variations are given as needed. Unique and varied exercises will be used to increase muscle endurance, flexibility, and core strength, resulting in the best total body workout. Prior experience on equipment (or private lessons) and fitness evaluation by instructor is recommended for injury or pregnancy.

How to prepare

If you have injuries, are pregnant, or have no reformer experience please call the studio to reserve your class to get permission for the correct class. Wear tight enough clothing that has no zippers or buttons or anything that could get caught in the spring/pulley system on the reformer. There are two flights of stairs to the class studio; our private studio is located on the main floor. Thank you!

How to get there

Pilates Vitale is located at 7150 E Hampden Ave. #307 in Denver, Colorado. We are on the third floor of a bright blue building adjacent to Walgreens and Southmoor Park.
